Pension - invest in your future
We are committed to supporting the future security of our staff through our comprehensive pension schemes. Staff have access to either the LGPS for our business support staff, or the Teacher's Pension Scheme for our curriculum staff.
Holiday - Enjoy Your work/life balance
We offer a generous holiday allocation for our curriculum and business support teams:

Business Support – Enjoy an initial 25 days annual leave, in addition to the eight bank holidays. Your annual leave allowance will increase by one day per full year of service until you reach 30 days of leave per year.

Curriculum Staff – Teaching staff will enjoy 35 days of annual leave per year, to be enjoyed during our half term breaks. This is also in addition to the eight bank holidays.
