What is it like working at WHC Group?

"I feel like I am part of a family at WHC Group. There is frequent support and this allows me to feel able and passionate to teacher. The initial impression for me was how modern and student focused the group is. There is an excellent mix of professionalism, creativity and cultural understanding within the WHC Group. It really is a great company to work for.

There are so many positive aspects I could say to a friend. The main aspect that I say to people is how dynamic the staff are. There are a lot of students and staff at WHC Group, but you never feel overcrowded or intimidated. The vibe in the classrooms, in the corridors and even at the entrances, always seem positive. I often enjoy bringing some of my family, friends and work contact to West Herts College, knowing that I am showing it off and boasting. I don’t do it with arrogance, I do it to feel proud of where I work."
